Technical Business Analyst Location: Atlanta, GA or Raleigh, NC or Charlotte, NC (Onsite from Day 1) Job Type: Contract Required Skills 9 to 12 years of experience as a technical business analyst. Technical BA with experience in open systems like Java, .net and cloud. Banking knowledge across commercial and retail. Communication, ability to work in Agile teams. Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders like engineering, QA to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements. A ability to talk technically and also on the process side that meet business needs and objectives. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states. Strong communication along with project updates to stakeholders and executives. Create detailed documentation of business and technical requirements, processes, and solutions. Participate in release management, testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.
