The role requires collaborating with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes within a high-volume, trauma-capable facility. Job Details Certifications: BLS (AHA), Iowa license or multistate compact license required Education Requirements: Must have 24 months of current operating room experience, hospital/medical center experience prioritized Years of Experience: 24 years of operating room experience required Location Requirements: Iowa license or multi-state license at the time of submission Schedule: Rotating shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week starting from 09/21/2026 through 12/21/2026 Required Qualifications: 24 months of current operating room experience, active Iowa or multistate license, EPIC electronic medical record experience within the previous 3 years, trauma level I or II experience preferred, scrub or circulating experience highly preferred, experience in general, robotics, pediatrics, trauma, neurology, orthopedics (primarily trauma), gynecology, urology, transplants, plastics, ENT, vascular highly preferred, no first-time travelers, must have completed a recent travel assignment within the past 15 months, professional references within 24 months Additional Information: Experience with Davinci robots, Neuro navigation Stealth technology, and Synthes or Stryker equipment is required. Will be required to float across multiple campuses, and to work scheduled weekends and holidays as specified.
