The role focuses on transaction execution, new business development and mentoring with a progression path to Director. Identify potential buyers and investors for client businesses and contact them on the client’s behalf. Requirements Expertise in energy, particularly oil‑field services, with operating or consulting experience preferred. Five years of advisory‑related experience. Perform financial analysis and modeling. Research company, industry, market, and competitor data, and conduct due diligence. Assist in identifying prospective investors and strategic buyers. Lead information‑collection efforts for buyer due diligence. Prepare Confidential Information Memoranda and M&A/raising presentations. Participate in client discussions and due diligence meetings, maintaining relationships with client personnel. Support industry‑focused marketing initiatives.
