Restaurant Manager / Assistant GM Restaurant Manager / Assistant GM needed for a casual service-focused restaurant group that boasts a stable environment that has good systems and structure. Managers here enjoy a great quality of life! Responsibilities Focus each day on taking great care of our guests and staff members. Come to work each day with a great attitude. Responsible for training staff, helping with marketing and HR admin duties. Ensure good service with both front and back of the house responsibilities. Inventory, cost control, POS interaction, schedules and managing productivity. Qualifications At least 1-2 years of Management Experience – Preferably with a mix including a full-service corporate restaurant brand. Some P&L exposure is ideal. The ability to build and lead a strong team. Inventories, cost controls, and some experience with declining budgets. Hiring, scheduling, and training validations. Benefits Great starting salaries from $55k up to $65k. Strong, attainable bonus structures up to $9k annually (much more at the GM level). Health, dental, and vision insurance. 401K. #J-18808-Ljbffr
