Beckon is an intimate, chef-driven tasting-menu restaurant in the heart of Denver’s RiNo Arts District. Our team is dedicated to creating exceptional, seasonal cuisine with a focus on craftsmanship, hospitality, and a memorable dining experience. Position Summary
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Line Cook to join our tight-knit kitchen team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, fine-dining environment and is eager to learn, contribute ideas, and grow within a highly professional culinary setting.

Responsibilities

Execute dishes with precision and consistency during service.
Maintain mise en place and station organization to Beckon’s high standards.
Collaborate with the culinary team on menu development, prep, and seasonal changes.
Uphold best practices for food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation.
Assist in receiving and proper storage of ingredients.
Support a culture of respect, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

1–2 years of professional kitchen experience preferred; fine dining or tasting menu experience a plus.
Strong knife skills, technique, and attention to detail.
Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
