Job Title

Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit during night shift hours
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data for assigned patients
• Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Complete required facility orientation modules, assessments, and annual competencies as directed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience required
• Active, permanent Ohio RN license or compact state license in hand at time of submission — no pending licenses accepted
• Active AHA BLS certification required
• Active ACLS certification required
• One professional reference from a manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty from within the past 12 months is required — co-worker references will not be accepted
• Locals are welcome and accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience gained within a single facility or location preferred, though not required
• Familiarity with ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety assessment processes
• Prior travel nursing experience within a large health system environment
