We are seeking a flexible and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Bowie, Maryland. This full-time opportunity offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend rotation , while allowing you to work across two facilities and gain experience with a variety of patients and clinical needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and functional goals

• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions to improve strength, mobility, balance, endurance, and independence

• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary team

• Educate patients and caregivers regarding therapeutic exercises, mobility, and safety

• Provide consistent, high-quality care across both assigned facilities

• Travel between facilities as required

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program

• Current Maryland Physical Therapist license

• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to adapt to working across multiple facilities

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations

• Patient-centered approach to care
