Shift 1st Shift Monday Friday 6:00 am 2:30 pm Pay: $17/hr
Job Summary
The Load Builder stacks lumber and building materials onto delivery trucks in a specific order so loads are safe, balanced, and easy to unload at job sites.
Responsibilities
- Stack lumber and wood products onto trucks in the correct order
- Place materials so items that come off first are loaded last
- Work with drivers and yard staff to build accurate loads
- Use straps or supports to secure materials during transport
- Keep the work area clean and follow safety rules
- Assist with moving materials using basic equipment as needed
Requirements
- Comfortable doing physical work all shift (lifting, stacking, standing)
- Able to follow instructions and load plans
- Good teamwork and communication
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Warehouse, lumber, or construction experience is a plus but not required
Work Environment
Outdoor yard and warehouse setting Fast-paced, hands-on work with building materials
