• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians

• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly

• Document assessments, treatments, and nursing interventions accurately

• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team

• Maintain compliance with facility policies and all state and federal regulations

• Promote a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment

• Active New Jersey Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

• Passion for providing compassionate, high-quality resident care
