Technical Program Management Director

Leading client-facing technical initiatives, the full-time Associate Director, Technical Program Management will oversee end-to-end website and application projects, ensuring project health and coordinating between strategy, design, and engineering teams, while working remotely or from various office locations. Key responsibilities Lead client-focused website initiatives through disciplined project coordination and technical oversight Exercise ownership of all assigned technical projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget Oversee the full project lifecycle, including detailed technical estimates, scope definitions, and budget management Required qualifications 7+ years in a Technical Project Management role, preferably in a marketing/ad agency or enterprise technology environment Understanding of marketing technology platforms, including CMS and custom application development Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams across diverse disciplines Experience leading end-to-end CMS website builds or custom application launches Hands-on experience producing burn reports and tracking project hours against plans
