Job Summary:

The Absolut Center of Endicott is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Rehab Aide to join our healthcare team. As a Rehab Aide, you will participate in operational aspects of the department, maintain performance improvement activities, and provide exceptional care to our patients. Responsibilities:

• Participate in operational aspects of the department and maintain performance improvement activities

• Perform clerical duties, transport patients, and maintain order and cleanliness of the gym/equipment

• Participate in all infection control, departmental equipment training, organizational safety, and fire safety programs

Requirements:

• High school graduate or GED certificate

• Satisfactory completion of rehab aide competency evaluation and job training

Skills:

• Responsible, caring, and dedicated personality

• Effective and engaging verbal/written communication skills

• Ability to comfortably interact with people of diverse backgrounds

• Basic computer knowledge
