Bilingual Recruiter

This part-time bilingual recruiting position supports Ascend Staffing in the Romeoville, IL area. The role focuses on recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and day-to-day management of field employees, along with customer service and frequent communication with general managers. Role Overview In this onsite role, you will screen and hire field employees, conduct orientations, and help monitor performance and placement. You will also provide customer service and maintain daily contact with general managers regarding employee assignments. Key Responsibilities Recruit, interview, onboard, and manage employees assigned to work Support day-to-day operations by delivering customer service and maintaining daily in-person and phone contact with general managers Screen and interview candidates, complete orientations, monitor work performance, and manage field employee placement using the company ATS system (training provided) Use multiple social media platforms, job boards, and recruiting tools to identify candidates and schedule interviews/appointments Collaborate with the Branch Manager to set and complete weekly goals Complete new-hire paperwork for field employees Build and maintain relationships with branch clients Participate in an on-call rotation Answer phones and handle computer tasks at the same time Required Qualifications Fluency in English and Spanish to communicate with clients and candidates Reliable transportation Ability to pass a drug and background check Strong personal computer knowledge and ability to use essential programs effectively (including MS Word and Excel , email, and related tools) Excellent communication skills both by phone and in person Record-keeping skills Self-motivated work style Ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships Professional phone and instant message etiquette Ability to prioritize urgent tasks when needed Regular and reliable onsite attendance is essential Preferred Background Experience with social media recruiting Prior knowledge of scheduling and planning Prior knowledge of email and calendar use Prior use of Microsoft Teams HR coaching experience Tools and Technologies ATS system MS Word Excel Email Microsoft Teams Schedule and Compensation Job type: Part time Location: Romeoville, IL (onsite) Pay rate: $20 per hour Benefits Direct deposit & debit card payment options Health, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance 401K with company contribution Training provided Performance-based bonus opportunities Telemedicine - Teledoc Anniversary awards program Tuition reimbursement Opportunities for advancement #J-18808-Ljbffr
