License & Certifications: Active RN license and required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIH . Radius & Local Rate Rules: Strict 60-mile radius rule (candidate must live 60 miles or greater to be considered travel; local rate is $62/hr compared to travel rate). Clinical & Unit Overview Unit Details: 36-bed Cardiac IMCU / Medical Surgical Telemetry unit (Level 2 Trauma facility). Patient Ratios: 1:5–6 for cardiac patients and 1:3–4 for PCU/stepdown population. Charting System & Equipment: Cerner EMR and telemetry monitoring. Floating Requirements: Yes, as needed by the facility.
