Warehouse Associate

Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Warehouse Associate for a full‑time direct hire opportunity in Everett, WA. This role is ideal for candidates with 1‑2 years of warehouse, order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, or production operations experience who enjoy hands‑on work in a fast‑paced environment. As a Warehouse Associate, you will support daily warehouse operations by accurately picking customer orders, packing products for shipment, verifying inventory details, and helping maintain a clean and safe work area. Key Responsibilities Pick customer orders accurately using pick lists, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems. Pack products securely and efficiently to help ensure safe and accurate delivery to customers. Verify item quantities, product numbers, labels, and shipment information before orders are staged. Label, sort, and stage completed orders for shipping while supporting daily workflow goals. Assist with receiving, stocking, organizing inventory, and reporting discrepancies when identified. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following company safety procedures and warehouse policies. Compensation and Benefits Pay range: $21 to $23 per hour. Job type: Direct hire.
