Job Description
Catch Vibe Voice is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Representative to join our growing team in Cincinnati, OH. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, helping maintain strong relationships, supporting account management processes, and ensuring excellent service throughout every interaction.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy communication, organization, and working in a professional team environment with opportunities for long-term growth.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and business partners
- Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services and accounts
- Assist with account management, documentation, and reporting processes
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery
- Monitor account activity and help identify opportunities for improvement
- Maintain accurate records and update client information when necessary
- Support the team with administrative and operational tasks as required
