Accounting Intern

Brit Properties is looking for a detail-oriented accounting intern to support our property accounting and financial operations. You'll work with real estate accounting tools and gain hands‑on experience in a growing industrial real estate firm. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Support property accounting and financial reporting using Yardi Assist with tenant ledgers, rent collection tracking, and expense management Gain hands‑on experience in real estate accounting operations REQUIREMENTS: Must be a college student/recent graduate, available to work July-August Must live in the Chicago area Experience with accounting principles Familiarity with Yardi (preferred) WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE: $20 per hour compensation Real‑world experience in real estate accounting Work directly with our accounting team and leadership Interested candidates should apply through Handshake.
