Lead and inspire a high-performing Starbucks team within the vibrant Hyatt Regency St. Louis environment. As a Starbucks Supervisor, you will oversee daily cafe operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintain brand standards, and support team development. This role combines leadership, customer service excellence, and operational expertise to create a welcoming atmosphere for hotel guests and visitors while driving quality, efficiency, and sales performance. This role leads other associates by coaching, giving direction and may include training, scheduling, payroll and interviewing for our Starbucks outlet. Refined verbal and written communication skills as well as customer service skills.
