We focus on exceeding customer expectations and building lasting trust with our clients. Role Description The Accounts Payable Manager is a full-time role based in Mendenhall, MS. The role involves overseeing all aspects of accounts payable, including processing invoices, reconciling statements, maintaining accurate financial records, and managing accruals. The Accounts Payable Manager will ensure compliance with accounting standards, establish and maintain vendor relationships, and monitor financial transactions for accuracy. Additionally, the individual will lead a team and work closely with other departments to ensure efficient financial operations. Qualifications Proficiency in Accounting, including maintaining accurate financial records, journal entries, and accruals Strong Finance and Analytical Skills for managing budgets, financial statements, and transaction analysis Experience in accounts payable processes and handling vendor accounts Proficiency with SAGE or relevant accounting software and tools Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a problem-solving mindset Ability to lead and manage a team effectively Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred Prior experience in the construction or transportation industry is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
