Job Details

You'll be a key member of the finance team supporting day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and payroll while partnering with leadership across the organization.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain the general ledger
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Process payroll and support multi-state payroll tax compliance
• Review expense reports and sales commission calculations
• Assist with annual audit preparation
• Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules
• Identify process improvements and resolve accounting discrepancies

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Experience with month-end close and general ledger accounting
• Payroll experience (multi-state preferred)
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with budgeting, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Self-starter who enjoys working independently in a collaborative environment
