Manager/Supervisor

Supervising Front of House Includes: Dining Room, Carry Out, Delivery, Catering & Banquet Room Licensing / Registration / Certification Illinois Food Service Sanitation Certification (required) Valid Illinois Driver’s License with no major moving violations in the past three years (required) Experience Mandatory mandatory: At least five (5) years experience in the restaurant retail business dealing with customers and associates on a daily basis. Areas of experience must include supervision of restaurant workers. Skills / Knowledge / Abilities Extensive knowledge of retail restaurant business including Full Service Dine In Operations, Carry Out Operations, Delivery, Catering and Kitchen Operations. Ability to work closely with diverse groups of people, including company employees at all levels, customers, vendors, suppliers and other outside professionals. Ability to formulate and articulate clear expectations, holding associates accountable for meeting or exceeding those expectations. Sound organizational and communication skills, including good listening habits and problem solving skills. Ability to pay attention to detail. Facilitate cash handling and retail record keeping. Ability to motivate others, project commitment and integrity. Ability to be proactive and have contingency plans for staff shortages, inventory shortages and unexpected situations.
