Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on an ER Hold and Medical Surgical Float unit
• Float within the facility and across units as needed within scope of practice
• Work every other weekend as part of the standard schedule
• Adhere to holiday work requirements — if one or two major holidays fall within the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work those holidays; if three fall within the period, two must be worked
• Maintain full compliance with onboarding requirements, completing core items and labs within 48 hours of contract signing and submitting all compliance documents by the Tuesday prior to start

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license — Georgia state license or Compact license required at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
• All requested time off (RTO) must be finalized at time of submission — no RTO or schedule requests will be accepted post-offer or onsite, and no RTO is permitted during orientation week
• Maximum of 7 days RTO per contract
• Local candidates are welcome and accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a Medical Surgical or ER Hold setting
• Comfort with floating to multiple units within a facility
• First-time travelers are accepted for this position
