Administer medications and injections. Collect and prepare specimens for laboratory and assist in result management. Efficiently manage patient flow through the office. Prepare exam rooms, including maintenance, sterilization, and stocking of supplies. Responsible for patient call‑back. Attend required staff training and meetings. Assist with other assigned duties as needed. Travel up to 25% as required. Minimum Education and Experience Prior experience in a busy medical office preferred, but not required. Strong critical thinking skills. Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment. Ability to perform all job duties without accommodations, including lifting up to 50 pounds, repeatedly bending, twisting, and standing for 10‑12 hours per day.
