Pay: $16 – $20 per hour + Overtime!
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday + Overtime Opportunities

GroundsPRO Landscape Solutions is hiring Landscape Maintenance Crew Members to help maintain commercial properties across the Cincinnati region.

No experience required — we will train motivated individuals .

What You'll Do

As a Landscape Maintenance Crew Member, you will work with a team to maintain commercial landscapes.

Typical duties include:

• Mowing commercial properties with zero-turn mowers
• Trimming grass using string trimmers
• Edging sidewalks and curbs
• Blowing off sidewalks and parking lots
• Pruning shrubs and maintaining landscape beds
• Installing mulch and performing seasonal cleanups
• Loading and unloading landscaping equipment
• Working safely and efficiently with your crew

During winter months, team members may also assist with snow removal operations .

Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work
• Reliable and dependable
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work well with a team

Preferred but not required

• Landscaping or lawn care experience
• Experience operating commercial landscape equipment
• Driver’s license
