Position Highlights:

• Blend of General Dermatology + Cosmetics
• 4.5-day work week for optimal work-life balance
• Target patient volume: ~35 patients/day
• Autonomy to shape your clinical mix

Compensation Structure:

• Year 1 - $400,000 Base + 40% collections (medical & cosmetics)
• Year 2+ - transition to collections model with increased % of collections year over year
