HIRING IMMEDIATELY: QUALITY INSPECTOR IN LAFAYETTE, IN

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for Quality Inspector to join our client in Lafayette, IN. This individual will be responsible for inspecting parts and products for defects, damage, or non-conformities. Pay, Schedule and Location

• Ranging from $16 - $17/hour, paid weekly
• Excellent benefits package including medical, dental, and vision
• 1st or 2nd shift
• Located in Lafayette, IN

Duties and Responsibilities

• Inspect parts and products for defects, damage, or non-conformities
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections using work instructions and quality standards
• Sort, contain, and rework defective products as needed
• Accurately document inspection results and complete required quality paperwork
• Follow customer specifications and quality procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Requirements and Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or quality inspection experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 35 lbs. throughout the shift
• Basic computer and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Experience in automotive manufacturing or quality inspection
• Familiarity with measuring tools such as calipers or gauges is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
