Location: Hermiston, OregonDuration: Ongoing (until perm is hired)Reason for coverage: perm retired / perm on medical leaveSchedule: 2-4 weeks per month Shift: Monday - Friday 8a-5p (2 days in clinic / 2 days in OR for procedures / Friday is admin day) + evening and weekend callCall: Evening and weekend call (1:2 - 1:3)Patient volume: 15-25 in clinic (OR volume unknown at this time)Scope: Generalized orthopedics no spinalEMR: EpicHospital: ER and OR as neededGroup/support: 1 other orthopodsRequirements (boards, license): Oregon License, Board Certified
