Are You a Hunter?

We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative who loves developing new business.

This is not an account-management position.

Your primary job is to find prospects, open doors, create opportunities, and close profitable new customers.

If you would rather receive a list of existing accounts to manage, this probably isn't the position for you.

If you enjoy cold calling, prospecting, getting meetings with decision-makers, competing for business, and turning a cold prospect into a major customer—we want to meet you.

What You'll Be Selling

We are an established commercial printing and mailing operation offering:

• Heatset and coldset web printing
• Publications, catalogs and magazines
• High-volume commercial printing
• Direct mail
• Mailing and fulfillment
• Sheetfed and digital printing
• Bindery and finishing

Your Mission

Build profitable new business.

You will:

• Build and manage your own prospect list.
• Make outbound prospecting calls.
• Schedule new-business appointments.
• Visit prospects throughout your territory.
• Identify upcoming print and mailing opportunities.
• Generate RFQs.
• Develop qualified opportunities.
• Build and manage your sales pipeline.
• Present proposals and negotiate opportunities.
• Close new accounts.
• Develop those wins into recurring customers.

Compensation

Competitive Base Salary + Commission

Compensation will depend on experience and proven sales performance. Strong earning potential exists for a salesperson capable of consistently developing profitable new accounts.
