Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for our valued clients, offering warm greetings and attentive service.

Address client inquiries and concerns with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a positive experience.

Assist clients with policy information, claims processing, and general account management.

Identify opportunities to introduce additional services or products that could benefit our clients.

Maintain accurate client records and process transactions with precision.

Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless client journey from start to finish.

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
