We are seeking a self-starter who is professional, enthusiastic, and willing to work hard. The ideal candidate is very organized and a team player. This position will be responsible for: Operating a full sales desk – sales calls, answering leasing inquiries, providing community information and scheduling appointments with prospective residents. Interacting with potential and existing residential tenants, showing vacant apartments, explaining pricing and lease terms, processing rental applications and negotiating lease renewals. Completing and recording all traffic/guest card information on all prospects, sending thank you notes and performing follow-up promptly. Maintaining awareness of local market conditions and trends and completing and reviewing market survey information. Position Requirements: Must possess the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, employees and outside contacts. Must have excellent communication skills, strong customer service, sales and personal interaction skills. Minimum of a high school graduate, with an aptitude for management, basic office administration and mathematics. At least two years of a successful sales track record in Multi Family required. Lease up experience is preferred. Experience with a leads management system (TAA and Onesite software experience preferred). Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and interpersonal skills are required. MUST work Saturdays, and some Sundays.
