Occupational Therapist – Hospital
Torrington, WY
We’re seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join the inpatient rehabilitation and acute care team in Torrington, Wyoming . This role is ideal for an OT experienced in hospital-based care, helping patients regain independence and improve functional outcomes.
Position OverviewEvaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
Provide skilled OT interventions to improve daily living skills, mobility, and independence
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams
Document patient progress accurately and in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards
Supervise OT assistants (COTAs) as needed
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD)
Active Wyoming OT license or eligible for licensure
BLS certification
Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
Experience in hospital or acute care settings preferred
