BG Staffing is seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer‑focused Bilingual Leasing Consultant (Spanish) to support an apartment community in Huntersville, NC (28078) . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and can provide exceptional service to both English‑ and Spanish‑speaking residents.

- Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–5:30 PM
- Some Saturdays, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Start Date: ASAP
- Opportunity Type: Contract‑to‑Hire
- Greet and assist prospective residents with tours and leasing information
- Communicate effectively with residents and prospects in both English and Spanish
- Provide excellent customer service to current and future residents
- Process applications, prepare leasing documents, and maintain accurate records
- Manage phone calls, emails, and daily office communication
- Support marketing efforts, outreach, and resident engagement
- Maintain a professional, welcoming leasing office environment
- Assist with daily operations to ensure a smooth leasing process
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Previous leasing or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office
- Comfortable using basic computer and property management software
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
