Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Days | Wednesday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM | On-call required (approx. 5–6 call shifts per month; call hours: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM Monday–Thursday or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM Sunday night) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct perioperative nursing care in a high-volume Operating Room environment with a 1:1 patient ratio
• Perform scrub and/or circulating duties across a range of surgical specialties including orthopedics, neuro/spine, robotics, plastics, and Level 1 trauma
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary OR team including charge nurses, coordinators, CSTs, anesthesia techs, and OR assistants
• Utilize the Meditech EMR system for accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in on-call rotation to support a department staffed 24/7, including 10- and 12-hour shift coverage

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of Operating Room experience
• Demonstrated experience in orthopedic surgery (trauma, total joint, revisions)
• Experience in neuro/spine procedures
• Robotic surgery experience (gynecology, colorectal, thoracic, or urology)
• Plastics and/or Level 1 trauma OR experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Familiarity with Meditech EMR
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-acuity OR setting with diverse surgical specialties
