Clinical Care Manager
$95,000/yr - $110,000/yr + 10 K Bonus!

- Schedule: This is a full-time position working day shift hours with rotating weekends, holidays, and occasional on-call duties

- Lead and oversee nursing and clinical services
- Manage and coordinate resident care to ensure optimal outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Support and promote staff development and training
- Promote and maintain high-quality, person-centered care
What You'll Need:
- RN license within the state of NE required
- Current CPR certification required
- 2 years of experience supervising in healthcare required
- Geriatrics experience strongly preferred
- Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
