Pay ranges from $19- $22/ hour, based on experience, with the opportunities for shift differentials on evening and overnight shifts. Provide social and emotional support, while encouraging residents’ independence. Manage the medication cart for complete, up‑to‑date supplies and quality control. Use of Point of Service technology to obtain meal orders from residents, as needed. Licensed Certified Medication Technician with the MD Board of Nursing and in good standing. 18 years of age or older. Respect for patient rights and confidentiality. Up‑to‑date medication certification requirements preferred. Highly organized skills. Ability to perform the physical tasks required in this type of role. Have the ability to understand and speak English at a level which allows the safe, efficient performance of the job.
