Our firm is expanding and looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Associate Attorney to support our growing judgment enforcement practice. Whether you’ve just passed the Arizona bar or have 1-2 years of courtroom experience , this role offers hand-on litigation, mentorship, and rapid professional growth. What You’ll Do Litigate collection matters and enforce judgments across Arizona Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery with precision Conduct debtor exams, garnishments, and other enforcement actions Build recovery strategies using financial records and asset research Represent clients in hearings and negotiations Work closely with senior attorneys to refine litigation skills What You Bring Arizona Bar membership (or pending admission) Strong writing and analytical skills Confidence in court or willingness to learn quickly Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr Community Law Resource Center
