We are seeking a Tech Support Specialist to join our team! You will resolve smartphone and connectivity issues for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance with smartphone and automotive infotainment hardware and software
- Track customer issues and resolutions
- Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues
- Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
- Update customer data and produce activity reports
- Walk customers through problem solving process
- Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
- Utilise excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations
- Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure
- Recommended procedure modifications or improvements
- Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in IT, customer service, automotive, electronics or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Car and Electronics Enthusiast
