We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead – Security Hub Platform to drive the engineering delivery, integration, and deployment of a centralized Security Hub platform supporting enterprise Data Private Cloud (DPC) initiatives. This role partners closely with the Security Hub Architect and serves as the main technical lead for implementation across OpenShift, enterprise integrations, security controls, automation, and AI-enabled operations. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end technical delivery of the Security Hub platform. Translate architecture into engineering plans, tasks, and execution roadmaps. Coordinate cross-functional teams across platform, integration, DevOps, data, and QA. Oversee deployment and configuration on OpenShift/Kubernetes . Ensure platform scalability, resiliency, security, monitoring, and disaster recovery readiness. Lead event-driven integrations and telemetry pipelines using Kafka and enterprise integration patterns. Drive integrations with Keycloak, Ranger, OpenShift APIs, Kafka, ServiceNow, LGTM, Vault/Venafi, DataHub, and StorageGRID . Oversee implementation of security controls, automation workflows, remediation playbooks, and orchestration pipelines. Support AI-assisted triage, root-cause analysis, and recommendations. Manage CI/CD, release management, testing, production deployment, hypercare, and operational readiness . Support runbooks, SOPs, knowledge transfer, and transition to steady-state operations. Requirements 12+ years in software, platform, cloud, or security engineering . 5+ years leading technical teams on large-scale enterprise programs. Strong expertise in OpenShift/Kubernetes and cloud platforms ( AWS, Azure, GCP ). Hands-on experience with Python, Java, or similar technologies . Strong background in APIs, enterprise integrations, Kafka/event streaming, DevOps, and CI/CD . Experience with ServiceNow integrations , observability, monitoring, and data pipelines. Good understanding of security operations, IAM, vulnerability management, security controls, and Zero Trust . Experience in regulated financial services environments . Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Experience with Security Hub, SIEM, SOAR, SOC, CNAPP, or CSPM platforms. Experience with OpenShift-based enterprise platforms . Background in event-driven architectures and workflow orchestration . Exposure to AI/automation in security operations . Experience with ServiceNow SecOps .
