As an Expo/Host, you’ll be the first face our guests see and the one that ensures everything flows smoothly in our bustling restaurant. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude, setting the tone for an outstanding dining experience. Manage reservations and seating arrangements to ensure efficient flow and minimize wait times. Assist the kitchen team by ensuring food orders are properly communicated and plated for timely delivery. Support servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff in keeping the restaurant organized and running smoothly. Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for guests, ensuring tables and common areas are neat and tidy. Answer guest inquiries with knowledge of the menu and the restaurant’s offerings. What We’re Looking For: A positive attitude and a passion for providing great customer service. Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and a smile. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Previous experience in a restaurant setting is a plus but not required. Flexibility with shifts, including nights and weekends.
