We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Screen Print Operator to join our Customization Department. In this role, you’ll be responsible for operating and maintaining screen printing equipment to produce high-quality, customized products. If you have a passion for precision, efficiency, and craftsmanship, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Operate screen printing equipment with precision and accuracy. Set up, calibrate, and maintain machines for specific print jobs to ensure optimal performance. Monitor production runs to ensure top-notch quality, making adjustments as needed. Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning and replacing parts, to keep equipment in excellent condition. Collaborate with design and production teams to meet project specs and deadlines. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Keep detailed records of materials used, maintenance performed, and any issues encountered. Qualifications 1+ years screen printing experience (required) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude. Familiarity with core computer programs and a willingness to learn new systems. A proactive, problem-solving mindset for process improvement.
