Part Time, Sterling Heights, Michigan What You’ll Do As a Big Blue Instructor As a Big Blue Swim Instructor, you’ll work hands‑on with young swimmers, helping them build confidence, learn proper swimming techniques, and develop essential water safety skills. Using our best‑in‑class curriculum, you’ll teach lessons in a warm, welcoming pool while creating a fun, encouraging environment filled with high‑fives, smiles, and splashes. You’ll lead small group lessons, provide positive reinforcement, and help each child progress at their own pace. You’ll also communicate with families about swimmer progress and be supported every step of the way through ongoing training and a collaborative, upbeat team. No prior swim teaching experience is required, we’ll teach you everything you need to succeed. Why Work at Big Blue?
