Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
• Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
• No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
• No more than one accident (last 3 years)
• No more than 3 job changes per year
• No positive drug results in the past - no refusal

Eclectic Logistics provides a collaborative, quality-driven environment in Eau Claire, WI. In this lease-purchase flatbed role you will handle flatbed freight operations, ensure secure tarping and load restraint, and deliver freight while maintaining professionalism and safety.

Your Responsibilities:

• Load securement and safe transport of flatbed freight.
• Complete thorough pre/post-trip and equipment inspections.
• Maintain accurate driving logs and follow DOT/company rules.
• Coordinate with dispatch and our around-the-clock support team.

Compensation is 80% of gross with typical weekly gross between $7,500 and $10,000. The lease-to-own program can lead to ownership within one year. Fleet examples include 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner. Drivers benefit from a pet/rider-friendly policy and a 90-day test drive.
