Charlotte Health & Rehabilitation Center in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Unit Manager, RN to lead a 90-bed skilled nursing unit. The role oversees clinical operations, supervises nurses and CNAs, coordinates with physicians, and drives QI reporting and performance improvements. The ideal candidate holds an active NC RN license, has 3–5 years of RN experience (preferably LTC), knowledge of federal/state regulations, and management experience; BSN preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
