Key Responsibilities Safely operate a variety of forklifts and material handling equipment, including pallet riders, double pallets, order pickers, and reach trucks, to efficiently move, load, unload, and store products throughout the warehouse. Accurately pick, pack, receive, and ship customer orders, ensuring inventory is correctly tracked using scanners and warehouse management systems. Maintain compliance with all safety protocols, quality standards, and productivity goals. Support general warehouse functions by keeping work areas clean and organized. Perform physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout shifts. Collaborate with team members, work overtime when needed, and complete additional assigned duties. Qualifications Valid Driver's License is required Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in warehousing or distribution. Candidates must have experience operating at least one of the following types of Crown Equipment: Pallet Rider Double Pallet Order Picker Reach Truck Ability to pass a written Forklift Assessment Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, and pull for extended periods. Capable of working at heights and lifting up to 35 pounds comfortably. Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills. Why Join Adecco?
