Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Interface Rehab Inc. a trusted leader in rehabilitation services since 1995 is seeking passionate Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA) to join our team. Whether youre looking for flexible per-diem shifts or a full-time schedule we offer a variety of opportunities tailored to your availability.
Opportunities
- Full-time and Part-time and Flexible scheduling: Shifts available up to 40 hours/week
- Opportunities across post-acute care retirement communities and outpatient clinics
What Youll Do
- Provide exceptional physical therapy care to patients across various settings
- Assist in evaluating and implementing personalized treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians families and interdisciplinary teams to optimize recovery
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
- Support patients in achieving rehabilitation goals and long-term wellness
What Youll Need
- Active or obtainable Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of California
Compensation & Benefits
- We offer a competitive hourly rate ($38.00 to $42.00) and one of the best benefits packages in the of our excellent benefits for full-time employees include:
- Paid Time Off (PTO) 15 Days to start. Accrue up to 30 days of PTO! Every year an additional day of PTO is added up to a maximum accrual of 30 days of PTO.
- 6 Paid holidays and up to 3 days of bereavement pay each year.
- A 401(K)-retirement program with a company match of 25% up to the first 4% of your deferral every payroll.
