Job Description Title: Service Desk Analyst Location: Frisco, TX Duration: 6 month (may extend) Pay-rate: $15/hour on W2 Independently resolve tickets within SLA Adheres to standard operating procedures / work instructions Follow the escalation process Follow the shift hand-over process Categories as per CTI as appropriate Update the knowledge base Coaching fresher’s to be independent Coaching analysts for correct routing of tickets, capturing critical information Technically upgrade across versions of environment when required Complies to regulatory requirements Additional Information To know more on this position or to schedule an interview please contact; #J-18808-Ljbffr Collabera
