ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our growing team in Miami.

This is a fast-paced position for someone who enjoys keeping projects moving, solving problems, and working closely with customers and internal teams. You will help coordinate customer orders from entry through fulfillment while supporting project communication, vendor coordination, and customer service operations.

This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, proactive, quick on the computer, and able to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate project timelines and communicate order status updates to customers
• Place and track vendor purchase orders
• Support order fulfillment and project coordination
• Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat
• Support warranty claims, returns, and issue resolution
• Assist sales team with follow-ups and customer support tasks

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Dependable, self-motivated, and solution-oriented attitude
• Strong computer skills, including Excel and business software systems
• Customer service, administrative, sales support, or project coordination experience required
• Experience with NetSuite is a plus

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in customer service, project coordination, administration, or sales support
• Postsecondary education in Business, Communications, Marketing, Management, or related field preferred
