We are looking for a Recruiter to join a team in Long Beach, California on a Long-term Contract basis. This position focuses on managing end-to-end hiring activities, building strong candidate pipelines, and partnering with stakeholders to support ongoing staffing needs. The ideal candidate brings experience in corporate recruiting, communicates effectively with hiring teams and applicants, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake discussions and sourcing strategy through interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination.
• Build and maintain active talent pipelines by identifying, engaging, and screening candidates across multiple channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing priorities, align on candidate profiles, and provide timely updates throughout the process.
• Manage a high volume of open requisitions while maintaining organization, responsiveness, and a positive candidate experience.
• Track applicant activity, interview progress, and hiring outcomes accurately within the applicant tracking system.
• Communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders to schedule interviews, share feedback, and move searches forward efficiently.
• Evaluate resumes and conduct initial outreach and screening conversations to assess qualifications, interest, and fit for open roles.• At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, including exposure to full-cycle hiring processes.
• Hands-on background in sourcing candidates for corporate roles.
• Ability to manage multiple searches at once in a fast-moving, high-volume recruiting environment.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system to document workflows and maintain accurate hiring records.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build credibility with hiring managers and candidates.
• Working knowledge of recruiting best practices, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
