Sales Strategy and Operations Director

Own the end-to-end go-to-market architecture for the Americas region Partner with AMER Sales Leaders and the CRO organization to translate corporate growth strategy into territory-level decisions Lead the FY27 AMER annual sales planning cycle, including quota setting, territory design, and resource allocation Redesign territory patches and quota setting for key sales segments and verticals Build and deliver executive-ready reporting frameworks Advise the AMER region on initiatives including Lead-to-Cash Design and develop AMER Sales strategy and actionable territory-level decisions Align Marketing, Customer Success, Channel, and other CRO teams with AMER GTM strategy Develop quota-setting frameworks based on corporate targets and territory capacity Lead annual GTM planning, segmentation, targeting, quota assignment, territory design, and resource allocation Coordinate with SalesOps and cross-functional GTM Operations partners, including Compensation Own and evolve AMER reporting and dashboard systems Analyze regional and territory-level trends and provide recommendations to Sales Leaders Lead quarterly quota attainment reviews and team performance assessments Support ad hoc data requests from AMER Sales leadership and the broader CRO organization Lead global, regional, and GTM cross-functional projects improving sales productivity and operational efficiency Redesign sales operations processes and build consensus for implementation at scale Requirements 10+ years of experience in sales strategy, sales operations, and/or sales leadership across multiple geographies and industries Experience in full-cycle sales planning, including quota design and territory modeling at scale for 100+ representative organizations Ability to partner with and influence senior stakeholders across multiple functions Executive presence and experience building concise, persuasive business proposals Ability to translate complex data into clear narratives Advanced Salesforce.com proficiency, including independently building reports and dashboards Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with data analysis and sales performance metrics SQL, Excel/Sheets modeling, or BI tools are a plus Experience with Anaplan, Clari, or Incent preferred Background in data center, cloud, or digital infrastructure preferred Experience leading cross-functional GTM transformation programs preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in sales strategy and operations, with a strong focus on quota design, territory modeling, and cross-functional collaboration.
