Location: Outpatient at Massena Hospital, 1 Hospital Drive, Massena, NY; Inpatient at Canton-Potsdam Hospital, 50 Leroy Street, Potsdam, NY

Start Date: 12/07/2026

End Date: 06/07/2027

Shift: Mon-Fri, 8AM-4PM (Day shift)

Hours/Week: 40

Employment Type: Contract (6-9 months)

Required Licenses: NY Medical License, Board Certified in Cardiology, AHA or RQI Certification

Experience: Preferred >5 years, with experience reading cardiac studies beneficial but not required

Hourly Rate: $289

What You'll Do

• See outpatient cardiology patients in a clinic setting (approximately 3 days/week)
• Supervise stress tests (about 1 day/week)
• Conduct inpatient cardiology consultations and manage stress lab activities
• Support hospital consult service rotations at two hospitals
• Provide on-call coverage as needed (4PM-8AM)
• Read nuclear stress tests when needed (not mandatory)
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality cardiovascular care

What You Need

Required:

• NY medical license in good standing
• Board Certification in Cardiology
• Epic EHR experience
• AHA or RQI certifications
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Preferred:

• Experience reading cardiac imaging (including nuclear stress tests)
• Strong communication and clinical judgment skills
