Maintenance Manager

We are currently assisting our client, a global leader in their industry, with a Maintenance Manager search located in Marysville, OH. The Maintenance Manager leads plant maintenance operations to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient performance. This role oversees maintenance teams, drives preventative and predictive maintenance programs, and supports continuous improvement efforts to maximize equipment uptime and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead safety initiatives and enforce standards to maintain a safe work environment.
• Supervise and develop maintenance leadership and teams.
• Drive preventative and predictive maintenance programs and improve equipment reliability.
• Oversee work order systems, repairs, shutdowns, and small projects.
• Manage contractors and ensure maintenance quality and compliance.
• Conduct root cause analysis and support Lean/continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, including leadership responsibility.
• Experience working in a union environment.
• Strong knowledge of preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Proficiency with maintenance systems and MS Office; strong problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work off shifts as needed.
